The third phase of the City Market at O Street apartments sits at 9th and P Street. The residential building has a white brick and dark metal facade. During construction, it was important to adapt to on-site conditions. Some details needed to be modified and updated on the spot. 

One big challenge was the draining of balconies, since the railing manufacturer was changed at the last minute. the study included the soffit conditions, balcony structure and  appearance.
